Spoiler Warning ⚠️ The narrative centers on Woody's efforts to assist Forky, who thinks of himself as rubbish, in discovering his true purpose. Director Josh Cooley the director of Transformers one directs the 4th installment of Toy Story Franchise. As Andy's chapter comes to an end a new chapter begins with Woody and the gang. The animation style is superb, it is defined by hyper-realistic lighting and complex textures. The original actors of Woody (Tom Hanks) Buzz (Tim Allen) return for a new adventure, facing new challenges. The challenges Woody faces as a toy go deeply, finding a purpose after Andy leaves his life. The film explores themes like being loyal, letting go, and the whole meaning of being a toy. It has fresh storytelling that shifts from getting back to Andy to coming of age. The new characters are likeable and fun, it's a character focus film that does such a good job, not only on this one but particularly in the whole franchise. This film adds characters like Duck and Bunny voiced by Michael Key and Jordan Peele, which they do phenomenally. It does carry emotional weight in certain scenes but nothing like Toy Story 3. Some funny moments are also hilarious by the new character first voiced by talented actor Tony Hale. It has a mature and bittersweet ending making Woody choose a different path. finding a purpose for himself.Annie Potts voices Bo Peep after being absent from the last film, she brings a bold and yet brave purpose for the viewer. It's an entertaining Pixar film that still has good qualities and makes a worthy sequel. Overall the film is Emotional, Funny, Quirky, and Fun.
